This is regarding the state administrator's response to my letter about VCUSD hiring a person lacking proper credentials for Franklin Middle School's vice-principal position.

Every person with whom I've spoken (and has followed this story) finds it no small coincidence that this less than qualified person resigned from the district on the very day my letter appeared.

The State Administrator's letter brings to mind the paraphrasing of Shakespeare: "Me thinks he doth protest too much."
